Every aspect of our modern society is designed to push us further from God. Most of us were born in a sterile and cold delivery room. Our births were probably traumatizing in a subconscious way that we don't even understand, and then the moment we make our exit (or entrance, whatever) we are immediately given immunizations and many of us start our lives with lab made formula instead of natural breastmilk. I'm not ripping on formula babies. There are many mothers who cannot produce adequate breast milk, not to mention the plethora of personal reasons that a mother may choose not to breastfeed. I'm just stating a fact- formula is not natural. They can make it as close as possible, kind of like impossible meat, but it is still not the real thing.
Many babies are whisked away for newborn stats and tests, when the family should be spending lots of time together. Those first moments are crucial. That oxytocin is supposed to be flowing from mother and baby, creating those lifetime bonds. I often wonder how much of our personality is formed in that first hour after birth.
As we grow and develop, we begin to consume chemicals and preservatives. We eat things that are not even food, and spend way too many hours glued to a screen, which causes damage to our eyes. Prolonged sitting is not good for our bodies either. Unless we make a conscious effort to unplug, our eyes and ears are constantly assaulted with propaganda and brainwashing. Our central nervous system is overstimulated all the time and our bodies live in a constant state of anxiety, which lowers our immune systems. The Lord did not give us a spirit of fear. This should not be our mindset.
We are depressed and angry and exhausted because we live in a natural world that is overflowing with the unnatural and artificial. We constantly fill our stomachs and minds with things are are fake. Most of us don't even know the difference.
The shows and music that are geared to children have become overly sexualized and violent. Kids become desensitized to gratuitous and vile things because they are never taught these are evil. They are born into a world that is upside down, where evil is good, and good is considered ignorant. The role models for kids are all puppets who fulfill a role in a particular agenda. Lil Nas X became popular as a quirky black cowboy, and now he sells shoes that contain his blood and makes music videos where he has sex with the devil. When you are born into a world that welcomes sin, you never even realize that is not normal.
Before there was the written word, people communicated in symbols. These are blatantly hidden in plain sight and once you see them you cannot unsee them. I think many people either don't realize the power in these symbols or blow them off as a joke. Many things are communicated right under our noses and people fail to see it.
Satan is the prince of the power of the air. Think airwaves and broadcasts, the internet and music. He is the prince of the ways that manipulate and mold your mind. Everything is a distraction to keep you from focusing on what really matters. Foods and chemicals from the sky are dumbing us down, and the media has taught us not to critically think for ourselves. Nature and sunlight can soothe emotions and help with healing, but we spend our days inside instead of enjoying what is natural. It reminds me of being in Yellowstone at Old Faithful. It was set to erupt within the next fifteen minutes, but I overheard this one couple say they didn't want to stick around and could just look it up on youtube. I think this is a good example of humanity. We are always so rushed and distracted with life that we cannot stop for ten minutes and enjoy the beauty around us. We have forgotten how to just be.
We have to break away from this artificial reality and think for ourselves before it is too late.
