PSA for nuclear attack

Why is New York City broadcasting a PSA for nuclear attack preparedness?  Are they shoving this idea into the subconscious of everyone so that the freak out factor is slightly lessened if nuclear warfare should happen? The people instantly vaporized would be the lucky ones. I had a very vivid dream about three years ago where I was in NYC, but I was supposed to be someone else. People were running and screaming and shrapnel was flying from the sky and impaling people. For some reason I was reminded of that dream.

The green screen and bad CGI are laughable. It is almost like they rushed to put out this video. Or maybe it is even more subconscious manipulation to get people used to the fake look of the metaverse. Because if you have survived the blast, virtual life will definitely be more appealing than the barren wasteland of reality. 

"Alright, you got this." Uhh...what? Are we about to go play a game of laser tag? 

"FOLLOW THE MEDIA." Isn't that how we got to this point to begin with? 

Maybe this PSA is to cover their tracks for something other than nuclear war that is right on the horizon. Like an alien attack? Yesterday a picture from the James Webb telescope was released, and Biden promised to release even more images today. This could be to prepare us for the phrase everyone has been waiting for, "We are not alone." Who even knows? From assassinations to resignations, fires, explosions, and iphone hacks, it seems like the last week has had something strange happen every single day. Maybe CERN really did unleash something.
