Dear Timothy,

While I think the entire medical industry is a huge scam, I am absolutely appalled at (the internets) full support of the murder of the UnitedHealth guy. I have never seen anything like this. I wake up one morning and the whole of humanity would probably agree murder is bad. By that same afternoon, the idea of the little guy murdering the folks at the top seems to be something that people are ok with. Cheering it on, in fact.

Now there are 'wanted' posters for healthcare executives popping up all over New York City. Obviously public shaming is nothing new, but we have become feral and even if these posters were placed by some plant with an agenda, all it takes is one of these feral, chemically lobotomized people to jump on that idea. Millions of people with years of trauma just needing an outlet. Point them in the right direction, because many are ready to shoot despite the consequence.

And their thoughts were evil continuously.

But don't worry, I'm sure this generation of Ipad and Sephora kids will turn everything around. Or maybe not.

"But understand this: In the last days terrible times will come. For people will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, without love of good, traitorous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. Turn away from such as these!" 2 Timothy 3:1-5

I saw an article about a young women who plans to have sex with 1000 men in 24 hours. I legitimately prayed for that women this morning. I'm not trying to sound holier than thou or anything, but come on, what mindset do you have to be in to think 1000 men entering your body in 24 hours is productive or constructive? Her parents are even cheering her on, and her brother is her manager. She could die. I'm thinking about that bible story of the sexually assaulted concubine who died on the doorstep in the middle of the night.

Lord, come quickly.

"So will you not cease loving the flesh and being afraid of sufferings?" -the apocryphon of James

In much of the Nag Hammadi texts Christ reiterates so many times how much we should not fear suffering, or how we should not complain or object to any trials in this life, because this life is actually the death world. Why hang on to what is fading away right before our eyes?

Below is just a short passage from 'The Gospel of Truth' that I just wanted to save and pass on.

The gospel of truth is joy for those who have received from the father of truth the grace of knowing him by the power of the word, who has come from the fullness and who is in the thought and the mind of the father. This is the one who is called the savior, since that is the name of the work that he must do for the redemption of those who have not known the father. For the name of the gospel is the revelation of hope, since that is the discovery of those who seek him, because the realm of all sought him from whom it came. You see, all was inside of him, that illimitable, inconceivable one, who is better than every thought.

That is the one I place my hope in...the illimitable, inconceivable one who is better than every thought.
