About a month ago I read The Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs, which are the final 'speeches' each of the namesakes of the twelve tribes of Israel give to their families before they die. This is absolutely fascinating because they delve into each brother's personality and as aged men they all look back and grieve on their mistakes. It has a big emphasis on all the things we consider psychological as actually spiritual.
I have come to the conclusion that our thoughts are a lot like the angel and the devil on opposite shoulders, whispering conflicting information into our ears. When I have a fleeting thought that has control to ruin my day, I consciously remind myself where that thought could be coming from. And then, here's the fun part, I pantomime flicking or flinging that devil off my shoulder and I imagine hurling something negative into the abyss.
Oldest son, Reuben, who raped his mother's handmaid/father's wife, details how our senses are actually spirits and talks about how at our creation, each soul is appointed seven spirits of deceit, and it is our life journey to see past the deceit and into the truth. The more I read and learn, the more I am affirmed in my belief that the school systems not only purposely lied about our history, but intentionally replaced all spiritual matters with science.
Science! It's not even real. How is this not post-apocalyptic already? Nothing is real anymore. Everything is synthetic, artificial and disposable. Without a doubt in my mind this is the little season.
There certainly isn't a lot of information on the eternal order of Melchizedek out there. This is a big piece of something that we do not understand. There are fractions in the dead sea scrolls, but this one is still a huge mystery and something I've been thinking about for a few years now.
I had a lot of chopping to do for dinner last night, and not a lot of new stuff on my subscription list, but then I remembered adding this to my 'watch later.' I've watched an hour of this so far, and it's great. I am a little apprehensive posting this before I finish watching it myself, because I remember when I recommended all of those Out of the Shadows, and then when you get to the last episode she goes all a little schizoid, even for me, and I instantly regretted sending those to anyone I wanted to take me seriously.
If you don't remember, that documentary was about the deep state and child trafficking and nasty Hollywood and politics. But then in the last episode it was all about time travel and JFK Jr and Trump. Is time travel possible? Maybe, but I doubt it is in a "Great scott, Marty!" type of scenario. Although now that I think about it, I need to go watch Back to the Future 3 again. I remember thinking it didn't really fit in with the series, but now that I remember it was about the wild west I think I need to re-watch with new eyes.
