that ohio rizz

I don't really know what I was expecting, but everything at Cedar Point far exceeded whatever I had in my mind. The park itself is HUGE. Seriously massive. Owsley had a steps tracker and we walked at least 5 miles each day. The food was a lot better than theme   park food, the weather was great, and going back to our room with a balcony overlooking Lake Erie made it feel like we are leaving the park and going somewhere else completely different. In fact, as soon as you stepped into the Boardwalk section of the park, you could actually begin to smell the sand in the air. Oh, and the park is maybe 1/10 of a mile from the hotel. Literally. I don't know why but that felt luxurious to me. After waiting for Disney busses for over an hour at the end of the day, or even waiting in line to board a water taxi, just being able to step out your back door and right into a theme park is so cool. The first day I needed to go back to the car for my head medicine. No big deal because it took le...

"the next pandemic will REALLY get their attention."

Two years ago, back during the middle of the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard trial, Biden and other world "leaders" were discussing signing over sovereignty to the World Health Organization  for the next potential pandemic. That treaty is pretty much  finished . This has already happened, so the infrastructure is already in place and ready for the next pandemic. And what do you know, WHO has declared monkeypox an issue again. Sweden has announced they have their first  positive case , which is the first reported case outside of Africa.  I don't know if anyone is even talking about this. Here is the proposal for the  pandemic treaty . Basically this treaty is not about controlling disease, but rather just about control in general. Controlling people, controlling the information we receive. Control, control, control. I just feel like people should at least be aware that this is going on. It will be much worse for those who are caught off guard. At the moment it looks ...

i am imaginary and transient

I have a neurologist appointment today. Earlier this year I had some trouble renewing my license because I had never legally changed my last name when I got married (seventeen years ago), and it finally caught up with me. The lady at the DMV said there was a new system and everyone whose last name didn't match their social security number had to update their SS card. This would be a piece of cake if my license hadn't been two weeks expired at the time. This resulted in me needing extra proof of identification, including paperwork from my most recent doctor, with date, name, stamped signature, etc.  I'm not going to lie....it was Peppy that reached out to the neurologist because I am a lazy sloth sometimes. (But actually I told him that was what I wanted for my birthday, to not have to worry about my certified papers.) Anyway, when it came in the mail from the neurologists office I was going through the papers just to make sure it had all the required things, and I realized ...

here comes the bride

I see headlines (that I refuse to click on) claiming one potential VP has had sex with a couch and the other drinks horse semen. 2024 is really starting to sound like headlines from Weekly World News. I personally cannot wait for Batboy, although he is probably hiding out in fear of being blamed for coronavirus.  This past weekend Peppy and I attended the wedding of my good friend's daughter. At 40 years old, this was my very first time attending a reception that included dancing. Growing up super legalistically, with 'rules' that were more traditions, I had been taught that dancing was a sin. (Having read the bible numerous times I still can't find that verse if anyone can point me there.) I never thought it was a sin, although I could see how it could lead to sinful activities. Luckily for my mom, due to extreme social anxiety I never cared about going to any school dances anyway. But if you would have asked her, at school dances and at the prom, you could just look a...
